These “coffee kiss” sculptures are part of an ongoing series by Chinese artist Johnson Tsang. Started in 2002, the series is named after a local drink called Yuanyang, which is made using a mixture of three parts coffee and seven parts Hong Kong-style milk tea to perfectly represent both Eastern and Western cultures.

white vegans be like “honey is unethical because the bees worked so hard on it that’s why I like the completely ethical alternative of sugar harvested by underpaid and abused fieldworkers”

Oops, looks like 14000 people don’t realise that commercial bees will be fed sugar over the winter so that their honey can be sold to humans.

But fuck vegans right?

oh cool another totally hypocritical anti vegan post gone viral

yall are a bunch of clowns

playing ‘find the vegan’ doesn’t make you clever or funny, you’re just mocking someone else’s values and taunting them which just makes you a dickhead

So…. found the vegan!

omg!! haha! another one!! All these stupid vegans make it so easy to spot them, with their tags and their URLs… it’s almost like they are on here to engage in intellectual discourse and participate in cultural exchange through social media!! Hahaha! Stupid vegans!

Fishing Industry Kills and Throws Away 20 Billion Pounds of Fish a Year - MFA Blog

onemorebrooklynvegan:

20 BILLION FISH. 20 billion dead fish being thrown into garbage and/or back into our oceans, 20 billion fish dying completely unnecessarily (not that eating fish is necessary, it isn’t.) This includes animals like turtles, dolphins, baby sharks, etc. who get stuck in the nets and then are either smothered to death or slowly suffocate when the net is brought out of the water.

A lot of non veg folks don’t really care about fish, but they do likely care about turtles and dolphins, which I think is an effective way to get non veg people to eat less fish.

I try to share info like this with my omni friends and family in a calm, brief way. And if anyone says something to you like “who cares about fish?” you can bring this up.

Totally just officially switched my minor to food science, yo. My schedule next semester sucks though because I have so many early classes & late classes on the same day. Ah well.

And I’m taking a psych course with my sister!
